This is my buddy’s 69 Skylark we’ve been putting back together. Paint job is a good driver quality and I’ve never seen a 69 car this complete and rust free.
Friend plans on having the vinyl roof back on and taking it to a body shop for panel alignment.
Just looking for a starting point on pricing it.

Looks pretty good. Based on the pics I'd say 12K, and don't bother with the vinyl roof. They look better without them. Besides, there's a 99 percent chance that whoever buys it will have their own vision for the car and would rip it right back off.

For a few bucks, your buddy can hire a classic car appraiser who can give a better idea on the actual value though. I used one on a car I used to have, both for insurance and to get an idea of the sale price, and the car sold for close to what it was appraised at. An in-person appraisal is way more accurate than a couple of pics on the internet.
