im starting to gather parts for my 67 Camaro will have the following when finished: ridetech "street grip" suspension package, blueprint aluminum headed 383 sbc, heavy duty 2004r automatic, corvette c5 wheels stay tuned

Any wheel choice will be an improvement over those torque thrusts.

I'm not a fan of torque thrusts, but I'd still take bigger diameter torque thrusts over a C5 wheel.

Pops, if you look up what a typical 2" aluminum spacer weighs, that's 9lbs of added rotational weight per corner. Not sure if that includes the extra bolts either. So unless they're the rare magnesium wheels, that's a considerable amount of rotational weight.

Find yourself some BMW M Parallel wheels. 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear. Fronts are a direct fit with no spacer needed and the rear needed a 3/4" spacer on my 1968. I ran the Z51 13.4" brakes up front with plenty of clearance.
