Bought this bare shell when I was a freshman in college. 20 year project completed in 2022. Sharing what I ended up with.
It's a blast to drive, wish I had it finished 10 years earlier. I enjoyed the process, but never again...haha.
Will try to answer any questions if it can help others.

--Engine
Aluminum LS3 at 416 cubic inches (6.8L). Forged internals and AFR aluminum heads. F-body oil pan. Custom TIG welded stainless exhaust manifolds. Precision turbos, twin Turbosmart BOV and Waste gates, and Treadstone intercooler. Corvette ECM. Mighty Mouse catch can. Stainless exhaust with straight through mufflers. 20-gallon aluminum fuel tank with foam and a baffled pickup. External mounted Aeromotive A1000 pump, pre and post filters, boost referenced regulator, aluminum hard lines, and braided hoses. FAST intake. Injector Dynamics ID1000 Injectors. Oversized Griffin aluminum radiator and dual electric fans. ~700 crank hp at 4.5 psi.

--Drivetrain
T56 Magnum close ratio 6 speed. McLeod RST twin disc clutch. Custom aluminum driveshaft. 9" Ford rear with 3.89 gears and TrueTrac limited slip. Power steering pump adjusted to match output pressure to rack and pinion. Wilwood 6 piston front calipers and 4 piston rear calipers with parking brake. Dual master cylinders on Wilwood mount. Nickel-Copper brake hard lines with braided hoses.

--Suspension
Wayne Due front subframe with C5 Corvette A-arms. Adjustable QA1 coil overs. In the rear truck arms with coil springs and Carerra shocks.

--Exterior
Shell blasted, all rust 100% repaired, and seams sealed. Color is Admiral Blue. SS hood smoothed. Fuel filler smoothed. Front fenders from 67 without side markers. Wheels are Budnik M5s. Rubber is 275/40ZR17 front and 315/35ZR17 rear.

--Interior
Custom inner fenders, rear wheel tubs, 6 point TIG welded chromoly cage, custom dash, recessed firewall, and raised transmission tunnel. Corbeau reclining buckets on sliders with 4-point retractable harnesses. Power windows, Vintage Air heat and A/C, dimming rear view mirror, and remote mounted late model wiper motor with park and delay. 3 spoke steering wheel and stainless tilt column. Black carpet over lightweight Dynamat sound deadening.

--Electrical
Wiring is all new including the body, under dash, and engine harnesses. An Optima red top battery in the trunk with heavy gauge cables. LED headlights. Master kill switch setup for access externally at the rear. Autometer gauges- tach, speedo, fuel level, fuel pressure, voltage, coolant temp, oil temp, oil pressure, boost, a dual wide-bands. Carling rocker switches center mounted. Gauges and switches installed with custom black anodized aluminum panels.

Very nice build. Love the color. Sits just right too. What the distance from the ground to the top of the fender arches?

Ground to fender arches: 26" in rear, 25" in front
The front inner fenders are heavily modified to enable that ride height with that wheel size and track width.
