I understand the pros and cons of each as far as corrosion, etc., but does anyone with experience with this know approximately what the cost difference is? Looking for cost of product and if labor to install is actually more. As far as stainless goes, I would want 304 in a "natural" finish. No need for polished. I appreciate your feedback!

I use these Summit kits. Price for stainless is pretty good compared to aluminized.

There is more non american made stainless on the market these days, which costs less.
409 grade is cheaper , but it rusts faster sitting in a corner than aluminumized that ive seen.
Years ago good 304 cost 2 to 4 times as much as aluminumized. Some now is less than double the cost..
Ive had a mostly locally built aluminumized pipe system for over 20 years in damp fla environment. Sprayed mig welds with high temp paint back then . Pipe honestly has held out great, unlike the internals of flowmater knockoff crap. Yes i said flowmater.
Not saying i don't prefer stainless, but are you planning on having longer than the 22 years ive had mine.
