Since the Scope Creep Nova is on the slow track, and I have reached the limits of the Little Red Saturn Ion for open road racing, I decided to pick up something more capable to race in the meantime.
Meet Millie, the 2000 LS1 6-speed Corvette coupe. It has 39k miles on it and came to me stone stock last week.
The first order of business is to upgrade cooling to survive sustained high speeds, and to install needed safety equipment.
I am pondering what the best engine modifications make sense for the application. I want to retain street drivability and increase top speed significantly.
