Getting ready to pull my headers off so it's a good time to decide on how they will attach to the rest of the system and modify as needed while they are out. There's band clamps, V-band flange clamps or ball socket clamps to choose from. For a 3" stainless exhaust, what would you use? Down stream will be an pre-fab X pipe from Pypes.

Use v band if your fitment will be dead on. If you need some wiggle room use ball socket. Ball socket is more likely to leak a little so I would try to keep O2 sensor away from it.
Or you could use V band followed by a flex section to give you a skooch of wiggle.

I agree with v-bands as well as flex bellows. Be sure to get the male/female v-bands.

I picked up a Vibrant Performance V-band, looks like a nice piece. Hopefully I can nail the alignment without flex bellows but will go that route if needed.
