Will ls and 4l80 fit this modified tunnel

You think anyone could figure it out with 0 dimensions and just eyeballing a non-descript pic over the net? The amount of effort you put into it will equal the amount of effort in the answers you receive.:hmm:

Google 4l80 dimensions, measure the trans tunnel, figure out where you're placing the engine, then you can figure out if it'll fit. Looking at that I'll take a swing and say no, only thing that will fit in there is a powerglide or T5...

Only way to find out is mocking it up. Seems unlikely though. The way that looks, you'll probably find it'll be easiest to cut it out, do a re-mock and then rebuild a new tunnel.
