I recently acquired a set of Brembo calipers and rotors from 2019 ZL-1 and want to put them (front and rear) on a 69 Camaro with a 9” rearend. The front rotors are 15.3” (6 piston) and rear are 14.3” 4 piston.
1- Will these fit under 19” wheels?
2- Does anyone make brackets to bolt them on?
Thanks!

I would check with Tobin at KORE3.com

+1 for Tobin @ Kore3
He got me setup with my c6 Z06 brake package and it worked out great. He may have something for the ZL Brembo calipers too.
Just something to think about with these factory brake packages and what I learned on the Z06, watch for the offset distance of the caliper to the outside as this requires custom wheels and the needed offset of the wheel makes them look something similar to the wheel of a front wheel drive car. Mine had a very minimal lip to the outside of the wheel. If you find the right design wheel it doesn't look too bad.
Best of luck

Thanks, I’ll try to contact him.
I hadn’t thought about the wheel backspace problem. I don’t have wheels yet but that’s something that I wouldn’t want, so they may not work. I would love to make them work though.

Another guy I've used is Flynbye. I believe he has a 5 gen Camaro bracket for GM short spindles. Not sure about the 9" rear though.

I talked to Tobin at Kore3. He said that they don’t have a 6th gen adapter bracket yet. The rotor on the 6th gen sits a little deeper though, so that should help some with wheels if I can get a bracket. I may have to go to a different spindle.

Have you tried the vendor https://bigbrakeupgrade.com/ ?
I know he does some zl1 brackets but I'm not sure if its 6th Gen.

Did you have any luck finding caliper mounting brackets? I'm doing the same on my Camaro and smaller Brembos on my Chevelle.
If needed I'll measure and make them but would be nice if they were already done.

The link above has the brackets you need for the brembos, I have c7 z51 brakes on my chevelle.

For those interested, I made brackets for Brembos off a 5th gen Camaro SS. Tried 18" wheels and the fit wasn't even close. Moved the rear calipers to the front as mockup and they cleared the span but the caliper hit the wheel. 3/8" spacer should be enough to clear and make work. This was on a 64 Chevelle. Bought ZL1 Brembos for my 69 Camaro, haven't mocked up but with the 19" wheels I can't see them clearing either. Always 1 step forward and 6 back, sigh.

These are the fronts for a c7 zr1 under an 18" wheel.

Just FYI, if you are getting custom wheels, you should get the brakes you want first and then measure for wheels.
