I’m working on mapping out my wiring but right now everything’s just on a text note in my phone. What sort of program is everyone using for making good looking wiring diagrams?

Welcome the the site. I am about to start the same thing and curious what others use. I was going to use Excel.

Excel will help you keep tabs on fused circuits and what they feed. (Reference newer gm owners manuals).

Also easy to make changes as things progress. Keep total current load in mind when combining circuits.

For mapping out circuits I usually go with drawn overhead view of car and key components so I can determine best path for main trunk. Use pencil or print copies as things continually change.

I drew mine out in paint, or copied over pre made diagrams such as the OEM, vintage air, and Holley diagrams into paint them modified them as needed. I also wrote out pin outs of all added connectors with wire colors and notes in word.

I'm subbing to this myself to see if anyone has anything better.

That’s basically why I’m in this spot. I’m trying to map out my OEM upgrades (headlight relays, electric water pump, electric fans), Holley Sniper, Vintage Air, and remote solenoid wiring all mapped out before I just start throwing wires at it and end end up having to do it three different times.
