These are Edelbrock (no longer made) 409 stainless, stepped, LS swap headers for GM 68-72 (probably works on 64-67 as well) bodies. I used these when I did the LS swap on my GTO back in 2008:

There is some discoloration on them because 409 stainless will do that. There are no dents in any of the tubes and with a little elbow grease these can look really great. They use a 3" ball and socket flange on the collector, which work great.
