That Blu Balz dry sump oil breather canister

I've searched and read my arse off and could not find a definitive answer on this.

Does anyone know if this breather canister I saw on the Blu Balz car is a custom piece or if it's available somewhere? I dig the shape and placement but haven't seen it in anyone's product line or in my Google searching. My oil tank is in the tulip panel so this would blend in nicely.
