This car didn't sell at Mecum Kissimmee last week. Does anyone know who owns this car?

My buddy has been liquidating his mustang collection at Mecum, he sent them an email but didn’t get a response yet.
I thought I throw it out there and see if anyone on this forum was familiar with the car. The final bid seemed low.
