I like the idea of the 4th gen products in a 1969. Two things, Is it easier to connect all the gauges in the 4th gen stuff or is it easier (would it be better) to put autometer gauges inside the 4th gen dash? Has anyone done this? Any photos?

Try this. Site sponsor AdFab Design (http://www.adfabdesign.com/Projects/GaugePod/GaugePod.html) does this specifically. Look for camaroboy69 on the site.

Thanks for the plug Allen. :) That link you sent was perfect. It shows all the pics and the link to the videos is also there.
Jumpmaster welcome to the site. I installed the 4th gen interior into my 69 Camaro. I am the first person to ever add 5" Autometer gauges into the 4th gen interior so if you have questions about it, you came to the right place.
To answer your question, yes its easier to go the Autometer route. If you want to go all out, go with the 5" Autometer gauges like I did.
I also did this install into a member on this site called Teddys Camaro. He had his gauge pod painted red. You can see the install pics here. Teddys 4th gen dash install into a 70 Camaro. (https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11189&highlight=TEDDYS+CAMARO)
The link Allen posted has some great pics of my car but here is one anyway.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. These pictures of your cars rock. It is exactly what I was looking to see. And I agree with you, the 5" give it a better look. I will be reading through the post some more and doing my research, but I will pick your brain too if thats ok.
Thanks again for the tips.
