Hello I'm Tom out of Detroit, MI. Im working on a budget protouring project (poor touring). I've been a machinist and tool maker over 20 years and always wanted to build my own protouring Monte Carlo. I have a 1985 ttop I plan to ls swap and custom build my suspension. I am currently fabricating a rear end out of a 2006 police interceptor to fit into the monte and preparing to remove the frame for boxing, notching and other reinforcement.
