Hey there. New here, looking for my first 1st Gen Camaro!

Hey y'all!

As many of you, I have had a number of fun cars, most recently a couple CTS-Vs. But I have never had a first Gen camaro. I've wanted one since I was a kid. The classified section here has some beautiful camaros I've never seen on some of the traditional car sales sites.
So, I'm gonna be checking in here daily hoping to find one and if anyone has any advice or assistance they can throw my way, I would greatly appreciate it!

Welcome to the forum, its a great one with a huge variety of vehicles. You might want to join (if you haven't already) the Team Camaro Forum. A lot of us belong to both forums. As far as finding your dream 1st Gen Camaro, one good way to start is to let people know where you're located. Could be members in your neck of the woods know of a few local cars that might be worth looking at. But its also important to let folks know if you're looking for a project, a driver, or a completed car. Are you looking for a SBC, BBC or an LS powered ride? Money also sneaks into the picture LOL... give people a ballpark of what you're willing to spend, and would you travel great distances to see a good candidate. There's probably more parameters, but I think these would be a good start. Best of luck with your search!

I am looking for a Camaro that is pretty well done. Completed.
jchrobak has one I dig in the classifieds. But I am not worthy enough to post there yet. I'm trying to check out threads I can comment on without just spamming them for no reason for the sake of posting 50 comments. haha
I dont mind doing some suspension, wheels, some interior.
