would you build a 454 tall deck with injection, or a 509 with a carb, the 509 is going to cost at least 2-3 thousand more that is why no injection. can get the 454 short block for 2 thousand, a 509 short block will be 4700-5000 thousand.

509 w/fi.shop around thats damn high for short block.i think.502 crates are like 8500.
