Tried searching but no luck. Anyone making a 105 amp case size or smaller LS alternator with 5.46" bolt spacing and also increased amp capacity?
I am wanting to mount my alternator down low on the drivers side with the ICT Billet kit but its gonna be tight and I don't want to lose the capacity of the 145 amp unit.
Thanks in advance!

Found this but no dimensions. Anyone using one they can measure? Email query sent to Scram Speed.

I have this kit at home. I can measure any differences later for you. It’s literally just a small case LS alternator though. Fits the factory GM LS truck bracket.

That would be cool. I am mostly concerned with the overall diameter of the housing, I only have a 145 amp for reference.

I actually compared those this past summer. I don’t remember the exact number but the large case alternator is about 1-1.5” taller. The mounting point is the same.
Don't overthink the brand because it came from Scram Speed or anywhere else, although Steve (owner) at Scram Speed is a nice guy. There are differences with alternator suppliers but the general case difference you’re looking at here large vs small case GM. The big ones came in heavy duty trucks that need high output for things that trucks use like snow plows or trailer accessories.
Also, are you expecting to be running anything major for needing the large case? I have the small case in my stock 2000 K2500 Silverado and it drives just fine everyday….defrost, power windows, power seat, etc. Most GM vehicles of this era have the “smaller” one.

I ran into the same situation with my Camaro and found a 165 amp small case alternator through an aftermarket company. I can't remember exactly who made it but it's in my build thread.
