Hello Pro-touring community!

I live in Rome, Italy and am currently in the very early stages of design of a prototype.
The idea is to use a mid-mounted C5 powertrain with a custom chassis around it. The car is quite long, so the OEM transmission/transaxle should work fine, without the torque tube.

I'm very new to this powertrain, and very keen to learn more!

My background: I used to work in the motorsport industry performing structural analysis (FEA) and CAD, but mostly on carbon-fiber monocoques.

Thank you!

What body are you going to use? What is the intended use?
Crazy builds are my passion.

The body is being designed form scratch by an old friend who's a car designer. And there is no specific intended use, to be honest..!
I will post something as soon as there is more material, it's too "green" so far.

P.S. Do you know where one might find a scan or external CAD of the C5 transaxle/gearbox (and possibly the torque tube)?
