First gen Camaro flush mounted glass question

Has anyone installed flush mounted glass in a 1st gen Camaro?

Do you need to cut off the trim mount (studs) in the channel first? Can you leave them an fill the gap over them with sealer?

Anyone is Auto City Classic brand vs Fessler?

Autocity glass is just oversized and needs to be trimmed AFAIK.

No point in leaving the trim studs. Cut them off.

Don
