BS question, car with diff engine value question

I am curious to hear some other people's opinion on this. Before long I will need to purchase the engine for my car.
Car relevant details:
69 Camaro
DSE subframe and quadralink
MillerBuilt fabricated full floater 9"
C6 Z06 brakes
T56
Very nice paint & body but not a perfectly gapped and aligned panel car.

So anyway, like a lot of you, money has become tighter to come by lately which has me questioning my engine choice. I am currently looking at two options. A Pace 495 HP LS3 or a Mast 630 HP black label street LS7 engine.
All said & done I would probably pay around 10k more if doing the MAST. My question is how would the two engine options effect the value of the car if I sold it? To me the Mast engine would make the car worth at least 10k more if I was purchasing. I am wondering if others feel the same.

If there are two identical cars with the only difference being the engine, everything else the same, the Mast powered car will sell first but I highly doubt that it sells for significantly more money.

That 495 hp crate motor is my thresh hold for "time to pony up and buy big boy parts". The 495 will run fine with an LS7 clutch, a GM ECU, a 255 walbro on a stick in the gas tank, exhaust manifolds and 2.5" exhaust........That black label motor won't be happy with any of those decisions.

Thank you for your opinion Donny, you have a lot more experience with these cars than I do. Some of the listed items I plan to go the more expensive route either way. I already have 1 7/8" headers and dual 3" exhaust. I have had some bad luck with Walbro lately so I plan to use a late model fuel module anyway. Of course I may need a larger capacity one with the Mast engine. I had not thought about the extra ECU cost. I knew I would need a higher capacity clutch & that actually bothers me a bit. I like the LS7 clutch over the aftermarket choices that I have experience with. I think I am trying to sell myself on the Mast but I should probably cool down on that with money being short.
