Not 100% sure but I think the E38 is for 2015- GM #12633238

Thanks a ton brother! I'm still new to the swap movement, but looks like my OS is 12658778. I ordered the ecm from Speartech so i would assume it should be correct for my set up. I'm really just trying to see if i have a loose wiring issue on bank 1 oxygen sensor. It shows lean on hp tuners scanner. I swapped the o2 from bank1 to bank 2 and bank 1 still shows lean. This makes me think it is a wiring issue. Thanks for the printouts, much appreciated!

The diagram did work for me! Thanks again!!

Glad to lend a helping hand if it helps.
I had a lean condition on my drivers bank earlier this year, I checked the plugs to pinpoint if it was a certain cylinder.......turns out it was number 1. So I bought a new spark plug= no difference, then I bought a new injector= no difference, swapped out the o2 sensors= no difference, it didn't follow the sensor to the pass. side. I even swapped a coil from the passenger side but still no difference. My Fitech fuel trim log was registering a 20% enrichment. Used a heat gun and the cylinder was about 100 degrees cooler than the others on the same bank but I thought its close proximity to the fans was causing this.
I ended up swapping the coil harness and adding a drivers side ground and that corrected things instantly. Checked the fuel trim and the computer was no longer compensating with the additional fuel on the drivers bank. So maybe it could be something similar to the issues I had?

Good to know! I'll keep that in mind. I'm currently looking to see what size depinning tool i need, and the cheapest place to pick one up. How did you add the ground?
