Hi all...I have flipflop paint (DuPont Chromalusion) on my Firebird from when I painted it in ´96 or so. Theres some dings on the door from some idiot when it was parked a few years ago. Is it possible to repair flipflop paint to match??

Why not try a paintless dent repair

It should blend the same as any other base/ clear. If I remember correctly, they're intended to go over a specific base color (usually black, but use whatever color originally was used), so you may need additional room to blend it out.

Interesting. Ill ask that forum that dhutton mentioned. Im trying to find a paint shop that has experience with this type of paint to ask them too.
