How's the "car scene" in Florida?

I have been working remote for a few years now, & the new project I am starting on is nearly 100% remote indefinitely, so I can live anywhere. Wife has wanted to live in Florida for pretty much ever. So wondering what the car scene is like there, and what areas has more of it?
