Installed a Hellwig FX frame boxing kit. Added some gussets In a few spots to add rigidity. Repairs some crappy oil pan and header clearancing done by the PO.20177620177720177820177920178020178720178620178 5201784201783201782201781201788

Frame came back from sandblasted. Blew out media and wiped frame down with acetone. Sprayed 2 coats of PPG VP2050 dtm epoxy primer. Sanded down with 400 and followed up with Axalta Imron 2.1 in gloss black . Temp was perfect 85 degrees with 30 percent humidity. 201879201880201881201882201883201884

Completed bushings and pins. Blasted and coated hinge bodies and pins. Cut out recess on pins for e clips. Smooth action with zero play. Will make setting the gaps much easier .201885201886201887
