My father went on another 18 day fishing trip in late December. Attached is a picture of some of catch on my dads trip. The fishing was so good that by the end of the first day the captian said anything under 200lbs gets thrown back or they would fill the boat in 4 days!! I can't get over that. If it's under 200lbs throw it back! Can you imagine spending an hour or more on a fish only to have the line cut when the deck hand sees it surface and cuts it loose because he believes it's under 200lbs.
I went with him a few years ago and man.... 18 days is a long long time to be stuck on a fishing boat in Mexico.

Wow Larry -
That's awesome fishing. We go out here from the east coast of Florida, but we are happy if we get one or two > 200 lbs. Unbelievable !! Very cool. 18 days IS a long fishing trip. When you are taking a shower back onshore you can feel yourself still rocking for days after...
Hey - I was going to call you yesterday about the intercooler stuff, but I am home and left your Cell number at the office (yeah, I know, I'm a retard). If you aren't busy today, maybe I could give you a quick call. Email me your phone # at:
[email protected]. If not, I will try you tomorrow from the office.
Thanks.
Attached are a couple photos of the fishing boat we use...LOL.

For you hesitant fresh water fishermen out there – they do a three day trip all the time out of San Diego. Once you catch a 40 lb piece of muscle that will attempt to rip the pole out of your hand you will think of fresh water fishing as bait only.

DEEP SEA FISH??? Try the MONSTER SHARK TOURNEY at Oaks Bluff off Marthas Vineyard. This Tiger Shark weighed in over 1100 pounds!!! Poor *******s were 6 minutes late on the weigh in so it didnt count for the win. The Winning shark taken was a 267 pound porbeagle.(not even close!!) I go every once in a while to see the catches at the docks. IT IS UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!! Cant imagine something that big swimming around in the water!!
Let me know if the pic comes through. Hope it does. Also, before all the PETA types start jumping all over me, all the meat from the tourney goes to various homeless shelters and other good causes for people who need it so BACK OFF!!(LOL)

Bagh!!! they only go for the cute furry type. I'm pretty sure that they would have no issues taking in that monster. Besides, it has probably made extinct a few water creatures.

Every year I go on about 3 or 4 fishing charters on Lake Michigan to fish for King Salmon. I used to go myself with a few buddies but it was too much work, much easier to just book a charter. The fish can go up to about 30-35 pounds and they can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour to get up to the boat. Our little taste of salt water fishing here in the Great Lakes watershed. Last August I had what felt like a 30 pounder on the end of my line that I fought for what seemed like forever, I couldn't feel my arms anymore. Anyway...I lost him at the boat.
Took me 3 days to stop crying about it.

Pro Touring Fishing Trip?? Yea could you see that??? Four guys standing over the motor trying to figure out if they could tweak this or turbo charge that for more power, the other four ripping into the bow to make it more "aerodynamic" while two more try to figure out how to build a "water suspension" so that it will ride alot better :rotfl:

Mark,
LOL, I had the same thing asked by the mods. It's a cropped and color inverted picture of one of my snakes (Western Hognose).
Attached is the non-inverted picture, and also the full size picture:

OK....THANKS!!!
Funny snake story... One day a long time ago I saw a guy driving down the beach boulevard in a IROC CONVERTIBLE (YEA Im going back to the eighties!!) He was driving erratic and everyone thought for sure he was drunk. When he passed by we noticed that a boa or python, cant say for sure, was wrapped around his neck. It must have been squeezing around his neck cause the guy was freaking out trying to get it off of him. He ended up hitting the beach wall further down and some guys helped him out with his little snake problem. HE HE HE Im no snake expert but Im guessing you dont want to drive with a snake around yor neck??????
