I’ve used Ron Davis radiators in my last two cars, they have plenty of capacity and the quality is second to none. I also used all Holley mounts and headers with a magnum 6 speed and it all fit with no cutting or modifications as far fuel line go I was told by my engine builder to use 3/8 fuel line but I can’t comment on fuel regulator because I used a Rick restomod tank with a ZL1 pump and Vapor Worx controller so there is no return or regulator needed.200863

400 lph sonds like a pretty big pump for an ls3. Are you planning on forced induction?
I used the Corvette style filter regulator. I have learned that cheaper brands have terrible quality control. If i did it again i would probably do a nice adjustable regulator at the fuel rail, and if money was of no concern, i would go with the vapor worx returnless setup.
I ran 3/8 nicop line for most of the length of the vehicle. And -6 an fittings with earls vaporguard hosewhere i needed flexible line.

Entropy radiators (they arnt cheap but have lifetime warranty). Ricks restomod tank with vaporworx controller and zl1 or Camaro fuel pump. 3/8 nicopp line easy to work with and it’s cheap. I also got a PWM fan controller

Ricks restomod tank, vaporworx controller and ZL1 fuel pump. Bulletproof.

The Vaporworx setup is hard to beat. Superior LS radiators are great for the price.

I've run Be Cool, Griffin and Afco LS universal radiators on my LS swaps. Never had an issue. The reason I use the universal type is that I try to stuff in the biggest radiator possible and not what fits the original radiator support mounting holes.
Because my LS swaps aren't huge HP engines I've used the C5 FFR with good success. I try to mount the C5 FFR close to the tank so you have a very short return run back to the tank.
My 98 Wrangler LS6 swap has almost 15 years on it with a C5 FFR and still going strong. Buy a Wix or AC Delco.
Fuel lines I run -6 SS flex from rear to front. Having said that nicop line flares like butter.
On my current 80 Camaro LS3 swap I'm running a Tank's Inc FI tank with a 255 Walbro in tank pump.
Good luck with your swap.

I run C and R Racing Radiator in my 67. Order it with whatever coolers you want. Mine has power steering, engine oil cooler and came with fans. 1700.00. Fits the car fantastic. Cools 700hp fantastic. You won't put the battery in stock location though as it is big.
Fuel I just have the Ricks Tanks with there late model ZL1 pump and corner pickups. No controller as at my horsepower level I don't see the point

I am in the process of of deciding on the Tanks inc vs the Ricks Tanks Restomod Tank. I have both.
For those that used the ZL1 pump on the restomod tank, did you have to mod the pump regulator? Whats the advantage of the Controller should you run it?
What Fuel sender did you use?
I am leaning on the Restomod tank, however seems like the Ricks Tank is "easier" to install with its components.

If using the ZL1 pump, use Carls Vaporworx stuff to regulate it. Depending on your power levels, you could just connect the pump to the pcm. I have had mine like this for several years (running the 5th Gen module purchased in 2014). Strongly considering upgrading to the zl pump and carls controller. I am using the 5 bolt tube type sender. Works great!

Thanks! I am leaning on using the restomod tank. Just not sure if i need to spend the extra 400 for the controler. I am running a crate ls376/480 so states 495hp. No power adders.

Call Carl and ask his advice. He knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction.
I’ve used several of his controllers and they have all worked flawlessly. Advantages are less noise and longer fuel pump life due to lower temperatures.

Doesn’t the Holley setup you ordered have an internal regulator? I have one of their 255 drop-in fuel pump modules, and the regulator is built in. I’m using the stock steel 3/8” line up to the engine. I know Holley makes the same setup with a bigger pump, but a 255 should be plenty for you.
One thing people seem to not realize is that LS engines are much easier to cool than some older stuff. If it’s a street car, there isn’t really any need to go nuts on the radiator and fans. This is just from my experience with a couple LS powered first gens.
I’ve used Be Cool, and currently have a DeWitts with 11” Spal fans and a C6 PWM fan controller. So far my fans haven’t needed to come on more than 20% to keep my LS7 at 190. I had the same fans on another car with a supercharger heat exchanger and AC condenser in front of them. So far I’ve very happy with the DeWitts and C6 controller setup. I know DeWitts isn’t a big name on this site, but late model Corvette guys swear by them. I’ve had them in 2 supercharged C6 Vettes, and the quality has always been excellent.
Lots of ways to go on this stuff.
