Does anyone know if the GM shifter with the tap up tap down button works on a Connect and cruise? I am being told that and shifter indicator information is not available from the ECM. If so what are people doing for a shifter?

I would reach out to Speartech, they deal with 6l80e combos a lot and also sell shifters. I'm sure they could offer some insight.

I have, they could not answer these questions, they only know about what they do and sell.
