The rear tires are Michellin 335/30/20 and the fronts are 245/35/19. yea they are BIG they look friggin wicked under the car and the wheel lip is tucked inside the fender about 1/2" also

as for getting it done by April 15 i have all 3 guys working on it for the next 2 weeks to get the fab work done.

Looks like im not the only one splitting my rear bumper now. Oh well at least I will still hopefully have a one of a kind exhaust set up combined with the bumper split.
I will be interrested in seeing how this turns out.

I noticed you fabricated a new section for the subframe as it wraps around the rear wheels. Would you care to give us a few more details about how you did it and what you used? (Yeah, I know, "weld some steel together" :geek: )

Hey Ken

We welded some steel together.................

We cut out the factory tubs and sub frame rail from about the centerline of the wheel back to the rear most part of the tub and then cut 12gauge sheet metal to fit the profile and contour tacked it into place and made a top peice to match the factory top and tig welded it all together. then welded a 12 gauge gusset over the but weld seams on both sides of the frame rails. took some time but i think it turned out nice. should be as strong or stronger than factory

Turned out damn nice! I'm sure all that extra work has a lot to do with the extra tire you are running in the rear.

I forgot to ask, what are you going to do about the license plate? I am placing mine right between the 2 split bumpers and above the exhaust. Just wondering what you had in mind for your project. Oh nevermind I just looked again and I see it will be right between the exhaust pipes.
