what do you guys think about rhino lining on the floor of a 69 camaro for street fighter interior. thinking of coating the floors and running as is for a season or two before doing complete interior job. i know the rhino lining adds some weight, any other draw backs. jsut shot my truck bedliner and i love the stuff.

I think it's a good idea, but I would go with Lizard Skin or one of the other light weight sound deadeners / protectants. The Rhino liner will give you the Street Figher look, but all of the excess weight is really not in the name of Street Fighters.

has to be better than bare floors, and the ole header hot foot,

if you don't go crazy thick it can't weight much I say go for it!

Sounds like a cool idea. How much weight would the lining add?

I have talked to our guys down the street here in arkansas...they say no more than 5lbs if he just makes two passes instead of like a truck bed which gets 5 to 6

I had heard it weighed a good deal more than that. I guess I was misinformed.

just did my truck and it took many passes to get the desired thickness i wanted with the gun i have. just thinking of leaving the interior bare for the time being and start driving, do the interior another winter.

My thoughts would go towards what happens if you ever want to take that stuff off?

That stuff is not pretty to try and get off. My dad caught the rhinoliner in my truck on fire last year. (long story) It just turned into a nasty goo. TO get it off to patch it at the rhinoliner dealer they had to take a scraper heat it up and try and scrape it back out. It took them about 4 hours to get a 2 ft square area cleaned and redone.
