1969 Camaro SEM Rust Shiled

Entire car was prepped and throughly painted with SEM rust preventer gloss black. Looks great! Wanted some options on whether to stop here or apply an undercoating? Will be Lizard Skin sound deadening and ceramic coated on the inside. I kinda like the finished look on the underbody, what are your experiences with this product holding up over the years?195037195038

Used it on a buddys subframe a few years ago has held up well !just as good as my powdercoated subframe

How rust free does the surface need to be prior to application? Any other preparation requirements? I know the POR stuff was pretty good, but had to wear it for a long time after application. Hard to get off your hands if accidental touching! lol
