Dapper Lighting Headlights/Tail Lights

Hello everybody! I represent Dapper Lighting and wanted to share the current headlights we have available for classic cars. Before I start, I want to say that these headlights are a "universal fit" part, so some cars will accept our lights with no issues and others will require small amounts of modification for proper fitment. All adapter wiring harnesses are included, so wiring is plug and play. I will list our available models below with links and a brief list of features.


7" Headlights


LED Seven: Our most popular 7" light. LED bulbs as standard, slim design for easier install, several halo options if you so desire.

OE7: As close as possible to an OEM look with LED bulbs and projectors. Has a built in 194 bulb inside the housing that can be used as a DRL or an extra turn signal. https://www.dapperlighting.com/collections/7/products/oe7


Classic V1: A slightly bigger projector than the LED Seven and utilizes halogen or HID bulbs. Outer halo options and includes the same 194 bulb like the OE7.

Classic V2: Similar to the Classic V1 with an even bigger projector and adds an inner halo option that goes right around the projector. 5.75" Headlights


575: Real projector headlights in 5 3/4" size. Slim design for easy install, several halo options, comes standard with halogen bulbs and can be upgraded to LED bulbs. https://www.dapperlighting.com/collections/projector-headlights/products/575


4x6 Headlights


FourSix: Essentially the same lights as our 575's, but in a 4x6 housing for all you Grand National and Third Gen guys. https://www.dapperlighting.com/products/foursix-4x6


6x7 Headlights

We also have sequential LED tail light panels for specific chassis as well as various sizes of LED mini-bulbs available to replace most of your exterior/interior lighting.

That is something we have been working on, but we do not have any pics on the website as of yet. If you want to see the beam pattern of a specific light, I can see if we have one around that I can get a quick picture of.

It really comes down to options since these are all hand built. Multicolor halos, colored protection covers, and "wacky" builds could potentially give you grief especially if used inappropriately. They are all properly marked for inspections though.

Not suggesting youre on a witch hunt with this comment, I will say Ive had custom projector headlights retrofitted into a stock 2009 sierra housing that caused me to never get flashed at night time again and, had better light output and better night time confidence. These modifications were not considered DOT due to being hand made. Many people buy DOT headlight housings that are straight up blinding.

No witch hunt, lol. I am interested in the 7" lights for my Jeep and my Camaro. I currently have JW Speakers, but I want to try out the color Halo LED Lights on the jeep and see how they hold up. Mainly concerned with durability and if they were put through the paces.

I also run the JW Speaker lights on my 69 Camaro, but it would be interesting to try the OE glass look. The only gripe I have with the JW is the way they look on the Camaro, but they are by far the best lights I have ran so far, 3 years no issues and minimal yellowing has occurred. For the record I have tried many other brands via Amazon/ebay and they are whomever knock offs and not DOT Approved, most of them were fine for about a year or so then they started breakdown, either oxidization, the fan cooling the light failed and the wire corroded and broke off the light. On the jeep they take the most abuse when on the trails, rock, dirt and whatever else hits them.

I am definitely not offended about you asking, we want everyone to be as educated about our lights as possible before deciding to place an order. A couple things I failed to mention before (I may need to go back and update the original post), all of our lights come with real glass lenses so there will not be any yellowing over time. Our lights also have a 5 year warranty for any malfunctions or defects. We will replace any failed or malfunctioning component of your lights within the first 5 years of ownership. Unfortunately, accident damage isn't covered under warranty, but if something happens you can contact us and we will work with you to keep the repair costs as low as possible.

Hey guys! Here are some customer provided photos over the last few weeks. Unlike many of the lamps on the market, we do quite a bit of photometric simulations and testing on our lamps. Even though our lamps are custom built, they are built on a rigorously tested base model so we can repetitiously build to spec. We also design most of our products modular so you can upgrade components (projectors, halos, etc) as we develop new tech and styles/designs. Lots of photos attached. Im running JW speaker aswell. Same gripe as you haha. I tried truck lites and didnt like the look. Im just being stubborn because Ive spent so much on headlights so its hard to get another pair lol.
