Selling a set of Hotchkis max handle bars chassis braces that were modified to work with an LS engine. They also have additional holes drilled to work with or without the Guldstrand mod.

These go for $657 new and don't work with LS engines. https://www.hotchkis.net/product/1967-1969-camaro-1968-1974-nova-chassis-max-handle-bars/

The tabs to mount the bar over the intake were extended to clear an LS with a larger FAST intake. I can't guarantee it will work with all LS installations (since engine position can vary), but should work with most installations. The welds to extend the tabs aren't exactly show quality, but were smoothed and look fine when installed (the underside shown in the pictures isn't visible when installed). The bars were repainted black with POR 15 after modification and look fine but could use a touch-up if this is going on a show car.

Selling because I no longer need these after switching to an aftermarket subframe.

$300 plus shipping. Located in Seattle WA area.

I see some of the original tabs still in place, are all the original tabs and bolt hole locations still in place? These would be going on a NON -LS 68

This would work fine for what you’re doing. The tabs for the cross bar are extended so the cross bar sits higher to clear an LS intake. The lower mounting points are still in tact. They just have extra holes drilled in them for if you wanted to relocate your control arms down (guldstrand mod). Neither of these modifications would make it so you can’t run it with a SBC.

Thanks for the clarification. I'll take them, let me know how we need to do this. I'm in 46750
