So what do you think about this solution for a gas tank vent? I'm using a tee connector to connect the gas tank vent port to the in-tank gas pump vent port then to the remote rollover vent valve.

As you can see I tucked the vent valve between the frame rail and trunk pan which puts it above the gas tank. But do you think it will still puke gas on the floor? I'm also curious about gas smell, is this vent valve good enough or is the garage always going to smell like gas? I'm planning on plug welding the valve bracket into place from inside the trunk, but haven't done that yet.

It is hard to tell in the pic but the line to the rollover vent must slope upwards from the tank, no dips to trap fuel. It looks like you have a dip in the line.

where are you running your exhaust?

Most likely before the axle or under the axle out the rear, in either case there should be enough clearance.
