Exhaust routing 67 Gto

I have my new corsa custom mufflers coming any day and will be having them installed very soon and was wondering what the best routing is? I currently have exhaust outlets in front of rear tires. The location of the muffler sits low and scraps over bumps sometimes. It’s also way too loud. I’m sure there isn’t many spots but it can’t hurt to ask. Any pics would be great. I’m also current running an H pipe. Is that ideal or would s an x pipe better?

Did you get any pictures of how you routed it? Saw you have it installed from another thread. I'm looking at what to do with mine, the collectors I got with my headers are 2.5", but I'm thinking I'll want 3". Know it will be tight. Wondering if I should even try to do it before I put the body on the frame.
