Of all the companies that build 2” fiberglass hoods, which company has the most under hood clearance. I’ve got an lsa blower on the car, and I need all the space I can get.

190010190011Why don’t you make your own. I took an original factory OEM cowl hood and cut out all the underside bracing. I then used the skin from a reproduction Cowl hood and welded it to the outside frame of the original hood. This gave me a smooth, double layered hood that looks clean.

That looks pretty good. Unfortunately, I don’t have those skills.

I have a 2" steel cowl hood and an LSA and have no clearance issues. What mounts are you running?

I'm with Ryan no clearance issue, but it hits the LSA engine cover over the blower.

My Ring Brothers Razor hood fits fine with my LSA with the ZL1 lid and factory plastic cover.

I bought this hood for my 69 Camaro. You can basically use any hood with no inner structure.
