Raise Rear inner fenders

Hi. I need your advice. I'm working on my mini tubes and I wonder if you should take the opportunity to cut out and raise the inner fenders at the back. Do You usually do this. I have not seen anyone who has shown this in any thread. My car should not be very low but I hate when it scratches the rear fenders when you have passengers in the car. I know there is talk of doing this on the front fenders but what do you do with the rear fenders. I have cut off the rear fender edge. What do you think and what have you done with your cars.

Yeah you're onto it. its rarely talked about but cut out what you can without affecting the structure
