Actually, you'd be surprised! The island as a whole is car crazy and despite being only 95sq miles has a population of almost half a million making it the most densely populated in Europe. No idea of actual numbers for American cars, but I'd hazard a guess of about a hundred. Linked below is a Flickr album of pics I shot at one our local meets from 2019:
