Hi everyone. I don't really have a project yet. I'm really interested in pro touring cars, and wanted to learn more. It all started when I picked up a newer issue of Popular Hot Rodding and saw old muscle cars lowered with nice bigger wheels. They looked so good. I would love to buil one, but the funds aren't there right now. The cars I have now are a 99 Mazda Millenia (nice car, but no hot rod potential), a 92 Thunderbird Supercoupe (had it nine years, needs some freshening, worked on it a little this summer, and next summer hopefully will get something done to it. Fun car for it's weight.blower sounds real cool and has nice low end tourque.), and an 03 Mustang GT convertible (wife's car, has the most potential and she would really like to do some work to it). I really like the attitude on here. It seems like people are accepting of alot of different cars and ideas. I hate most car sites because it has to be american muscle or it's junk, or it has to be an import or it's junk. Seems like as long as it's cool, fast, or unique, people think it's cool here. Well, I've rambled on long enough. Talk to you all later!

Welcome to the site Brian! You are correct. This is a very auto-friendly site. While there is a large majority bias towards American muscle and pretty much zero imports, the majority of us are on the line that if it drives, it is cool or has the potential to be cool. Those who dont like imports won't disrespect those who do with flaming all that other nonsense. That Mustang sounds one I would like to tear into :)

Any particular makes/models on your wish list?

Where you from?
