Need help around Grant, MI

Have a motor/tranny package I am considering in Grant, MI and was wondering if someone in this area could take a look at it for me. I live in New Orleans and just want to make sure the deal is legit before moving forward. At the beginning of a new project that this set up would work great in.

Please let me know if any car guys live in this area and would not mind taking a few minutes to check out this package for another car guy.
