I have been lucky as a small shop, I did it while I worked a full time 50hour a week job for 2 years, till the online sales could support me, and then I jump all in and only did the sales, then last year I rented a 5000 square foot building so I could do the few installs I had done, in a shop now, instead of my home garage... and now that is doing pretty good also, next I will add a plasma table and start manufacturing some exclusive parts, I am sorry to see shops like Sc&c close up and steal money, I know another vendor on here is now a real estate sales dude and sells on the side now, I'm no business expert but, just like an investment portfolio your income stream must be diverse, sales, installs, manufacturing, tuning... that's the success model, just like Detroit speed, Ridetech, Speedtech, ect
