Where in here does is state in order to be a pro touring car is has be $80,000 and up? I consider all the 100k pro touring builds that people stare at in their garage and never drive a lesser pro touring car than something 30-50k a guy put together with a decent suspension setup maybe an LS that rips around autocross courses, road courses and town being driven like it should be.

Anyway, to the OP, if you can swing another 8k, although I guess it's not pro touring enough?
