Anyone used glasstek's products? What did you think?

I have a glasstek 2" cowl bolt-on hood on my '95 caprice wagon... for a driver or a race-car, I'd say it's very good.

If it were a show-car, it would have required a LOT of work to make it fit like a factory steel hood.

I have a 3" Glasstek cowl induction hood on a 68 Chevelle with a set of their hood springs and it all fits fine. The only thing we did was massage the leading edge of the scoop on the cowl, it was a little bit close to the windshield when you opened it up. The hood has been installed since 1998 with no problems. I hope this helps

I Have Bought Alot Of Glasstek Hoods, Especially 4" Cowl Hoods. Excellent Fit. The Guy To Talk To Is Torrie. Very Nice Guy. If You Have A Show Car And Want It Perfect, It Will Need Some Work, But That Depends On How Perfect You Want It. I Highly Recommend Them!
