I have a 71 Cutlass that I am putting a Moser Fab 9 with back brace and QA1 coilovers on. My problem is the brackets that come with the kit from QA1 have no chance of fitting the Fab 9. Do I need to make my own brackets or does anyone know of a kit that will bolt on to Fab 9. Any help will be great.

What does the axle housing bracket look like without you holding up the QA1 bracket?

I suspect you'll need a bracket like this.

ummm... just weld it to the bracket? ... or redrill the holes?

My guess is that QA1 designed those brackets around the GM housing LCA bracket. The Moser LCA brackets are different. I know this because I have a Moser 9 and when I received my Ridetech rear kit the brackets would not line up. I sent Ridetech a pic of the brackets and they told me those were for a 12 bolt. They swapped them out and all was good.
