WTB: 1st Gen Camaro protouring- BBC or Built LS

Like title says, looking for a protouring Camaro, 1st Gen but will consider other builds with a big block or a heavily built LS. Ac is a huge plus since I’m in Florida but I can add that after the purchase. I don’t need a $200k build but I do want something I can drive 2-3 days a week reliably. Documentation is a plus, manual preferred, mini tubbed, coilovers etc $70k budget

My buddy has a nice 67 for sale. Mini tubbed gray with JRI Coilovers HRE wheels LS3 cammed vintage air Wilwood brakes nicely built car. Cant go wrong for the price. It is an Auto though. If I were in the market I would buy it. If you're interested let me know he's not a member here.
