Looking for a cold air intake and seeing what you guys like and don't like with the home DIY stuff that is available. I'm no welder and know about Spectre and Airaid, but only have experience with Spectre. I prefer plastic and have even seen some carbon intakes lately, but don't know wear they were sourced. If anyone has used Airaid or has any other thoughts, I'd appreciate them.

I used the diy airraid plastic piping. I went with it because it can be bonded together with some epoxy and sanded smooth. A little satin black paint and you cannot tell it was joined. Cleaner looking than silicone couplers imo. Only draw back it seems kind of pricey for plastic pipe.

You can just use regular tube cutters from Home depot.
They like 15 dollars per piece
You can get quick cash at directloantransfer (https://directloantransfer.com/200-dollar-loan/) service, especially if its a 200 dollar loan. They will easily find you a top lender

It would be cool to see this DIY airaid air intake procedure. The parts from 4Wheelonline are getting installed on the truck this week and we'll start working on buddy's Firebird project next.
