I'm re-doing the fittings on my fuel pump assembly due to a broken stock fitting and need to find a male GM quick connect to -6AN female fitting. The only one that I found so far is in the UK, and I'd rather not wait 2 months to receive it.

Anyone know of a US manufacturer that has one? My other choice would be to find a female to female -6AN union fitting with a 1/8" gauge port. I wasn't able to find one of those at all though.

Thanks,
Ryan

-_-

I am racking my brain trying to figure out why you need this. Got a pic of what you are doing?

I had a broken fitting on my Livernoise CTS-V fuel pump assembly. What I did to repair the fitting was replace the factory SAE quick connect fitting with a full flow 90* -6AN. I also need to add in a 1/8" port for my fuel pressure sensor, and would like to then convert back to the SAE quick connect.

Below is what I came up with initially, but I didn't like the 180* fitting after discussing with a tuner. It adds too much restriction, which is what I'm trying to avoid.

This is the broken fitting that used to be a 3/8" SAE quick connect fitting.

Why don’t you get a female to female T with the 1/8” fuel pressure sensor. One female end goes in your new 6an you glued in. Then the other female 6an will go into the male 6an to 3/8” quick disconnect?

Your Vaporworx controller will compensate for the pressure drop through the 180. I think you might be overthinking this.

I was told that having that 180* turn that it was the equivalent of adding an additional 12' of hose. If I can simply add a different fitting now, that can reduce that restriction I'd rather just do it now while it's all apart. I probably am overthinking it, but to me that's what's fun about working on cars haha
