I joined about 4 years ago and even thought I would use the LSA in my board name. Actually I ended up going turbo charged instead. My car probably lands more in the restomod category than the Pro touring category but that is definitely more where my interests lay. I have owned the car since 2003 and it's been through a few iterations since then. Its currently a 243 Headed 5.3 with an Ls9 cam and an Ls1 intake. I'm running a CX Racing T72 with a good sized intercooler. It's a driver and we have been on a few road trips in it. I recently did the body work and had it painted. 180406

I ran a strong 455 for years but back in 2013 I decided I needed to modernize the power plant.

I have enjoyed reading about the vehicle builds on the website for years. I finally wanted to share a little bit about one of my projects. :-)

Right on man, looks good! I'm still a year or two away from body/paint on mine. I'm running a 461ci Pontiac with Holley EFI and have an all aluminum 535ci on order.

There are a lot of great Pontiac parts available now so you could make a lot of magic and stay with the original design if you are so inclined and your pockets are deep enough. Good luck with your Build!
