Gearing up and planning on a winter project - want to upgrade my fuel management system on my Accel Superram to either a Holley Dominator or a Term X Max.

Was leaning more toward Term X Max - cheaper and not sure I need all the bells and whistle of a Doninator - kindly advise - if you feel otherwise.

Want to keep the same Superram setup - was hoping that someone close to these products could offer any advise or recommendations as I start to think of parts, etc.

350 Superram Setup, small cap F-body Distributor, 4l60e tranny

Thanks

To run the Terminator X Max, you'd also need to convert your 350 over to 24x crank and 1x cam signals as well as coil near plug for spark. There's a company called EFI connection that offers a kit for that to be done. It would essentially convert your 350 to make the ECU think it's controlling an LS1.

In speaking with the tech at Holley a while back - they indicated that I would require a Term Max X Universal kit - and purchase separately the TPI wiring harness, they did not mention anything about crank / cam signal - but I can inquire.

The instructions seem to say the same thing. Just a TPI harness.

I realize that this is an older thread, but I just found it and figured that I'd add some info.

I have a small block / superram setup in my Camaro and am running a Holley terminator X. There is a harness adapter to allow running the factory small cap HEI distributor, so coil on plug is not mandatory. I run the universal MPFI harness from Holley, everything is ultra simple to use !!!

Here's an older picture of mine, but it's the same basic setup

Aschle you were able to run it with the small cap distributor? I have a friend with a Ramjet 350 and he hates the computer. It runs rich and only a handful of guys can tune it.
