I can't wait for next week. It looks like LS FEST East in Bowling Green KY is going to be on this year. I will be road tripping up from outside Atlanta in my 67 Chevy II (check out my YouTube in signature) with some buddies in their cars. We had planned on doing Hot Rod Power Tour again this year but since that was canceled I have been itching to get out. This will be my first time to LS Fest, should be a blast.

I was going to go, but am not. A lot of my buddies will be there. If this is your first time, it will definitely not be the last time!

According to a source with Holley it is a go and is not being canceled. There are way to many people and vendors showing up for them to cancel this late in the game.

Still happening! Be sure and get your tickets online ASAP, I hear they're putting a cap on spectator count as well. It'd be terrible to get there and be told to turn back around :(.

I am glad to see it didn't get canceled. This will be my 7th year participating and look forward to it each year. Hopefully the weather holds out but it wouldn't be LS Fest if it didn't rain at some point during the event.

LS Fest was awesome even in spite of the rain. Got there upon Gates open and saw all the cars and quite a bit of Auto X. Didn't really get to see much drag as the rain started and never stopped.
It was my first LS Fest and. I'll be back. Hopefully in my Camaro next year, if I'm actually done with it

It was awesome, unfortunately I spend most of Friday and Saturday at the Holley booth trying to diagnose an issue with my car. We didn't get to see much of the event. But I am glad we could make it up there and look forward to next year!

We are not 100% sure yet. I actually went out driving last night for about an hour doing some testing. I believe it was the plug wires where they connect to the coil packs. We are running the MSD 8.5mm Super Conductors and they are very very tight where the connection goes into the coil pack. If you do not have them crimped perfect they are impossible to connect. I "believe" we had some that were not fully clicked into the coil, they worked fine most of the time and then randomly we would loose fire on #2 and #6. It was so intermittent that is was hard to diagnose. We replaced the coil harness, the coils, and plug wires. Last night it was fine but I will be holding my breath then next few times we take it out. :)

I posted a video about it the issues and our trip. We were driving and then the car would go lean. I will post another video soon showing the final recap and exactly what we discovered.

This is why I always recommend to my customers to run stock coil wires with the coils in the stock location.

I will have to agree with you. I was going for the clean look but you have to weigh the pro/cons of form over function or function over form. I can say I am now much more of the Function over Form mindset. :) but hey it is how we learn right?
