Rear anti roll bar

Hello, I remember a while back there was a comment, maybe by David Pozzi, about an anti roll bar in a Camaro build that didn't have enough end play causing bind/problems during cornering. Is there a proper end play setting on a 'splined bar thru tube w/bushings' setup? Thanks in advance for any help.
